Why stress management is important to mental health & well-being

The biggest trigger for mental health issues is stress.

The key principle I learned in my training to be a public health professional I believe that ‘prevention is better than cure’, and when it comes to mental illness, prevention is also much cheaper than treatment.

This is why I offer workshops, keynotes and consultation on stress management, prevention of burnout and compassion fatigue, and mental health at work: so that less people will develop mental health issues in less toxic workplaces.
