The Breathing Room is a quiet, supportive, culturally grounded members-only community on Skool for Black women who are tired of carrying all the things, all the time. This space was created by me to support stress relief, burnout prevention and recovery, and nervous system care in the context of racialized and gendered stress, emotional labor, and chronic overextension.
In The Breathing Room, you can JUST BE. It is a shared space, where rest is respected and honored, and there is no reason to fix or be fixed. This is a quiet space where you don’t have to explain your exhaustion, perform resilience, or wear a cape with a S on your chest.
Inside The Breathing Room, you will find gentle practices, reflections, and community connection centered on collective care. Participation is ALWAYS OPTIONAL, and presence matters more than engagement.
THIS IS NOT THERAPY.
This is also not another item on your long to-do list. You come when you can and engage how and when you want.
The Healing Room is a quiet, intentional space to exhale, soften, and be held in community.

For USD$35/month, you will get weekly 30-min de-stress sessions hosted by me on Wednesdays at noon EST, daily mental wellness wisdom, resources that support the mental health of Black women eg downloadable pdfs, sound recordings, videos and more, and a community of supportive black women.
